I usually don`t take many special cake requests (baking at home) since I have a full-time job as a Pastry Chef and a part-time job on the weekends and rarely have the time but sometimes when I have the time I take these requests!
All decor is edible, I draw the outline with Wilton`s piping gel in various colors. I made the frosting and dyed it with All-American oil-gel based food coloring dye. Cake recipe is "Puertorican Ponque" with rum & amaretto simple syrup!
