Okay so I`ve mentioned in the past how once I started college I intended to start working out more and getting into a good routine.
Well I must say I`ve gotten into a daily routine of walking about a mile a day.
The map you above is my daily walk from my dorm to my classes. My classes start at 9:10 am and it`s about a 1/4 mile walk from my door to the building of my first class, not to mention flights of stairs I have to go up to get to class.
I usually leave my dorm with plenty of extra time so I don`t have to run to class it takes me about 10 minutes walking at a moderately slow pace.
I make this walk at least 4 times a day. I walk to classes in the morning and I have a long break after lunch I walk back to my dorm then walk back for later classes or just to practice or something else.
That makes around a mile a day.
I don`t know how long the walking will last i`m sure once it starts getting to cold I`ll drive to my classes.
I do still plan on starting a better exercise routine though!
I`ll share that more once i get it worked out
