My kindasorta healthy dinner simple and easy.

Okay for last nights dinner I made some baked crunchy chicken with homemade mashed potatoes and greenbeans...simple :) okay for the baked chicken I used boneless chicken tenders and dipped them into raw egg and from this past thanksgiving I had some left over cans of fried onions so i crushed them up and dipped my chicken into it and popped them into the oven :) very simple and very very good. In my next blog I will tell you about my homemade mashed potatoes.
