Yesterday i made some bomb red velvet cupcakes topped off with cream cheese frosting! SO GOOD. The only thing different about this cupcake recipe is I did not use any oil, instead I used buttermilk which I made at home since I didn`t have any in my fridge. I made buttermilk by adding 1 TBSP of lemon juice into one cup of milk, stirred it and waited for 5 minutes. Then added cream of tartar , a powder to thicken it up (optional).
