I`ve recently been on a kick to lose weight, so not only have I been doing "intense" cardio workouts on my elliptical, but I`ve also been trying to get out and exercise more.
Last week, I went to Claremont Wilderness Trail which I will make a post on. It`s an extremely elevated 5 mile hill to climb. This is an incredible workout. Others were jogging, running, slow pace walking, or even biking up these intense elevations,
I did 10-20 second bits of running because walking just wasn`t helping the elevations end any sooner. lol
I`d say about 2.5 miles of it was the elevation part, but the down climb was just as bad, to me anyway. It mainly hurt my legs the next day, but I love feeling the burn.
