I made a healthy meal entirely for the first time by myself and i`m very proud of how it turned out. I tried out a BBQ chicken recipe which turned out EXTREMELY TASTY. The chicken was so moist , and if you want to check out how to make the BBQ chicken ( so simple all you need is a slow cooker ) then look up "cookingwithapril" on YouTube !
On my plate:
-spinach with almonds/raisins/ranch
-laughing cow cheese
-whole wheat toast
If you`re working out and trying to eat healthy this is perfect!
