My Healthy Lunch!

For lunch today, I decided to go healthy since I had a Starbucks iced coffee that was probably loaded with calories! First, I cut up about half of a green bell pepper and got a handful of baby carrots out of the fridge.
Next is my favorite part: a Tofurky burger with guacamole! I experimented with guacamole by actually freezing it from a couple weeks ago. While it still tasted good after I warmed it up for about 30 seconds in the microwave, I definitely prefer it fresh! I used it as a topping on a MorningStar Grilled California Turkey Burger, which is a meat alternative for vegetarians! This is one of my favorite MorningStar products and tastes like the real thing! It has little bits of red pepper in it and has a slightly spicy flavor. Each patty is only 90 calories and has 37% less fat than a normal turkey burger! With the guacamole it tasted awesome!
