My goal is to lose 10 pounds in 12 weeks. I`ll need to cut my calories each day by 300-500 through both diet and exercise. I feel like it`s time for a change in my life, and I`ve hit a certain point in my life where enough is enough. I feel that I will be more happy with myself and who I truely am, if I loose this weight. My goal in the end, is to lose 50 pounds. It`s alot, I know. I have been trying to eat healthier and exercise more. But sometimes, it`s really hard... I sometimes want to give up, and for anyone out there, I hope I am not alone. I hope I am not the only one struggling like this because sometimes I feel alone in this busy world! Anyways, I am getting carried away, but if you have any tips, let me know! XOXO
