First off i just want to indicate the items in the picture are not mine nor my photo. The reason why i can not display my photo is because i have not gotten the product. The reason i have not gotten the product is it is still in transit!! I signed up for my glam in December and cancelled my birchbox for it. I was excited about the glam bag because, it seemed to offer better items. I paid for my glam bag back in December. I know many people have been recieving their shippment late do to i guess a issue on their part. I had revieved a email stating my glam bag was on its way. I think a couple days later i recieved another email stating that i should have it no later then January 25th. I was a little upset since it states that they will be issued in the first two weeks of the month. I tried to be understanding so i waited and waited. I emailed they on the 27th stating i have not recieved my bag by the date nor a new tracking number. The lady told me my package was still in transit but, since it was there fault they would refund me the money. She said if i get the bag its free for my trouble, thats if it comes!! It is not Feb 1 still no glam bag. I do not know if anyone else has had these issues. I just hope its not like this on the Feb. glam bag because if it is i do not think i will continue that service!! xoxo Tasha
