I just signed up for My Fitness pal (http://myfitnesspal.com) ! I heard a lot of great things about this and I was so excited to try it out. I have been on the road to weight loss and becoming more fit :)
Basically this website helps you keep track of calories to either lose weight, gain weight, or maintain your weight. It helps you see how many calories you lose each day and how many you need to consume to reach a target weight/goal. There is also an iphone and ipad app for it so you don`t always have to be on the computer! I definitely think it is a great idea because it has all the food items listed in the database already with their respective calories.
I encourage everybody to try it out! And I will possibly update my progress in about a month! :D
