For over a few years, I`ve been slowly losing weight with the help of healthy eating and exercise. So far I`ve only been able to lose major pounds during the summer, which is fine because you won`t be seeing me in a bikini either way. :)
I got this elliptical for free from my uncle. He bought a new one, so he gave me this hunk of machine. No matter, it does the job anyway with working me out intensely.
<strong>What I Do</strong>
I never have a set time as to when I like to work out, but I guess you`re supposed to workout in the morning if you`re trying to lose weight and workout at night or day if you`re trying to get buff. I suppose this is true because if you`re trying to lose weight and workout at night, you can have the feeling of being hungry. For me, this is true. :/
- 30+ minutes.
I usually burn 100+ calories for 30 minutes which can either be right or wrong because for some reason, I`m able to go as far as 6 1/2 miles on the elliptical. -_-
I prefer walking/running because you can burn more calories actually being outside.
