My First Mini Ramen Bowl!

It`s not a traditional ramen by any measure, but I used some instant udon and the season back to flavor the broth in my brand new mini donabe. I fried some silken tofu and seasoned it with salt and pepper. I used some spare ribs already cooked but to glaze them a bit I grilled them and basted them with sweet and sour sauce then stripped the meat from the bone and arranged on the noodles.
