Hi everyone! A few months ago BCBG came out with these affirmation bracelets and they became a really popular piece of jewelry to wear alone or as part of arm parties. I didn`t get in on the trend when it first came out, so I`m very late to the party. After recently seeing a post of a BCBG bracelet from several months ago, I became obsessed with getting one, but it was a matter of finding the right color combination along with the right phrase on the bracelet. The first bracelets that I picked up are actually from Macy`s, and they usually have a very large selection of these bracelets depending on which Macy`s you go to. These are $18 each, which is not bad for something from BCBG and if you are a Macy`s cardholder you will get coupon cards in the mail every couple months. I`ve been getting the cards for ages but never had anything to use them on so I was very excited when I found out the cards could be used on these bracelets. I did try to use the coupon cards online since they do include a code for online usage, but it didn`t work. Your best bet for the most variety and to use the coupon is to go to the store. I purchased two of these bracelets for a total of $36, and then used a $10 off $30 purchase coupon so it took $5 off each bracelet, making them $13 each which is an even better deal! The first bracelet is black leather with rose gold lettering that says sweet with a solid heart making the phrase sweetheart or it could be sweet or sweet love depending on your interpretation. The second bracelet is beige patent with rose gold lettering that says true with a solid heart. I interpret this as true love. These bracelets come in a variety of colors and materials and the Macy`s and BCBG website do not list all the types of bracelets available so your best bet is to visit the store in person to see what they have available. The varieties for the BAND I`ve seen are: clear plastic, colored rubber, leather and patent. The varieties for the LETTERING I`ve seen are: metal letters in gold, silver and rose gold; rubber/plastic letters in lots of colors. So these are my first BCBG affirmation bracelets and I think these are great to wear on their own or with a couple other bracelets for stacking. They are a fun way to make a statement and/or add a pop of color or bling. Thanks for reading! Do you have any of these bracelets? Are they something you would wear?
