Here is a picture of my first baked hen. I season it with salt, pepper, rosemary, and oregano. I cut of veggies: carrots, onions, mushrooms, bell peppers, and potatoes. I could on a low setting for 4 1/2 hours. I even stuffed the inside with veggies. It turned out great. Maybe I can move on to the turkey next....not!
