I`ve recently discovered kale about 3 years ago. I can`t believe it`s not a more popular veggie. It`s delicious and there`s so many ways to incorporate it into you diet. It`s a SUPERFOOD, meaning it`s loaded with nutrients. The kicker is that it taste good. Many people don`t like veggies because of the taste but kale taste great sauteed. You probably get the most nutrients eating it raw or sauteed. If you want it raw, I recommend adding it to your blender and making a health shake. It`s pretty hardy and course so I don`t think it would work in a salad unless it`s sliced thinly but who has time for that?!!! So, add it to your health shake or sautee it.
