This is one of my favorite healthy snacks: yogurt and cereals!
I never liked milk so I always had a hard time on choosing what to eat for snack. I`d always eat chocolate cookies or stuff like that because I don`t want to waste too much time preparing the snack. But that`s not really healthy...
One of the times I traveled abroad, they had yogurt and cereals for breakfast at the hotel. That was the first time I tried it and I quickly became "addicted". When I came home, I immediatly bought yogurt and cereals :D
Now that`s what I eat :p
I don`t like to mix them together `cause the cereals turn too "soft". So I put the cereals on top, I eat them, I put some more, I eat them and so on...
These are my favorite brands: Pingo Doce Cereais Linha and Perle Du Lait Original :D
I noticed it made me lose some weight, so that`s an advantage! :p
