Hello lovely Luuuxers!
Sorry everyone, this is actually a re-post! I posted this earlier, but for some reason the picture didn`t turn out how I wanted it, so I tried to change it, but then Luuux crashed for a little while! So I deleted it and started over. There were no comments, but to anyone who may have rated the original post...sorry!!!
Anway, back to business! It is starting to feel like Fall where I live! As I sat this afternoon watching football, I realized it is the epitome of a perfect cozy sweatshirt-and-slippers kind of day! So I thought I`d share my favorite slippers that I wear all the time in the Fall/Winter!
These slippers are not any particular brand. They are handmade from Pakistan! They cost about $8 a pair, and I bought these from a "hippie"/eclectic store in my city called Ragstock. You can also find these on eBay if you search for "knit mukluk". I like them because they`re very unique--each pair is handmade and they come in a huge variety of colors! If you want some of these of your own, be sure to check out hippie or bohemian stores in your area, that`s where you are most likely to find them!
They have a leather sole, so they give a bit of traction, and while I don`t wear these out, the leather sole makes it so I can go outside to go to the mailbox or something without having to change out of them! They were also great while I was in college; I used to wear these downstairs to the dining hall and people would always comment on them!
Do you have any mukluks or slippers like these? Are you feeling super cozy now that the weather is getting cooler?
