For Easter I didnt want to make a dessert that would call for alot of ingredients and mess, cause there was enough candy and eggs to go around. So for a surprise to my mother, I made her favorite, My Famous Fried Apples, with Cinnamon Caramel Glaze. She was so happy that I made this and she devoured it. I have been working on this recipe since I was a child and I have reached absolute perfection. The ingredients were quite simple and the apples were tender, but crisp, the Caramel Cinnamon Glaze/Sauce was thick, sweet, and savory and did not fall loosely from the apples, I told you guys on my Apple Crumble Post how much I LOVE apples and guess what else I put that is also my favorite? .... RAISINS! When I cooked the raisins they plumped up as a big as actual grapes but full of the Cinnamon Caramel flavor.
