Good Morning ladies! How`s everyone doing today? Well, here`s my daily everyday morning breakfast.
I love waking up to a bowl of cereals. Before I munch on something big for lunch. I like to eat something like a small bowl of cereals. Here I`m having Honey Nut Cheerios Medley Crunch. This happens to be one of my favorites because of the Honey Nut Os, Crispy Flakes and Crunchy Clusters. When it comes together it has this delicious taste in your mouth.
I read that this cereal has 17 grams of whole grain per serving. I bet you didn`t know this cereal helps lower cholesterol. I also like having a fruit aside my cereal which here you see a Banana. Banana are great because it has potassium in it.
