My easy tips to loose weight

Here are tips that I have been following and really work
-No chocolate
-Drink nothing else except water
-Have a glass of water half an hour before every meal
-Drink a glass of water as soon as I wake up
-Snack only on fruit
-Eat half of you meal and put down your cutlery and wait a few minuits to see if you actually want to eat the rest
-workout every other day for an hour and a half
