Hey LUUUXERS! :)
Being a dancer, I have used countless hairsprays of different brands, so you can definetley count me as an expert when it comes to hairspray. When it comes to performances or even daily ballet classes, you need hairspray to keep the flyaways and wispies from getting in your face.
At first, I wasn`t too picky when it came to hairspray because I thought it didn`t really matter! Well, I was wrong. Whether you`re using hairspray to keep your hair in a slick bun or just for when you`re going out for the night, the brand of hairspray DOES matter.
When I tried out "Samy the Hairspray" I was really dissapointed. There were so many things wrong with it, like...
1. smells bad
2. doesn`t help frizz (like it claims to)
3. feels like heavy, wet paint
4. doesn`t hold well
5. you need to use alot to actually notice a difference
6. too pricey for it`s bad qualities (costs $6.00)
Overall, unless you want hair that`s crispy, greasy or frizzy, stay FAR AWAY from "Samy the Hairspray." It`s not something you want to use. I can`t believe it was even aloud on the market!
Even if it did work well, it smells so bad it`s almost unbearable and you actually feel sick! Gross. The smell of hairspray is BAD ENOUGH by itself without more gross-smelling chemicals!
Anyways, now I have some questions for you guys...
1. Do you use hairspray alot?
2. What brand do you use?
Comment below if you have any questions, XO! :)
