My Current Workout Routine!

Hi Luuuxers!
It`s the new year and its the first thing on everyone resolution list: Get Fit.
Here`s my current workout routine! This is a beginner routine that I feel like everyone could do!
3 to 4 Days a Week:
50 crunches on yoga ball
3 minute plank*
50 crunches on yoga ball
3 sets of 12 curls with 25 bar
3 sets of 12 lat pulldown 20lbs
3 sets of 12 squats w/ 12 lb kettle ball
10 minutes of elliptical*

* for the plank i`ve worked my way up to 3 mintues you might want to start out small!
*I use the elliptical setting that does the most for your gluts but you can use whichever you choose!
