So a bit earlier, I had lunch. I was feeling I wanted something healthy so I went ahead and made a simple salad.
- 2 tbsp. dressing
So, all I did was get a handful of lettuce and slice it up. While I was doing that, I heated up some of the <strong>tequila-orange flavored chicken</strong> (YUM) from yesterdays dinner for 30 seconds.
I then sliced up some tomato, got the recommended serving size of the ranch flavored croutons (which was six) and put them on top. I then sliced the chicken up and put it up on top too.
Drizzle the dressing on top and you`re done!
