My Calf Thinning Journey

Week 1
I feel like I have always had rather large calves in regard to the proportions of the rest of my body. They seem to be the same size as my thighs and I don`t like that much. I`m going to be working toward slimming them down for two or three months. I`m going to be eating healthier and start running/jogging at least 4 times a week. I will also be doing workout videos and other exercises to really get in shape!

Note: If you don`t understand what I`m saying I just want to slim them a bit. I don`t see them as fat, I`m actually quite happy with my body. I would really just like to work on this :) Maybe I`m crazy but I do need to get in shape so this goal is my motivation!
