My Brunch

Today for brunch I made an egg salad wrap.

To make this you`ll need:
- Eggs
- Salt
- Cajun spice
- Black pepper
- Mayonnaise

While cooking the scrambled eggs I seasoned with salt and Cajun spice. In the past it would only be salt and black pepper, but since I bought Cajun spice to make my version of Red Lobsters` Cajun Chicken Alfredo Linguini, I`ve used it to season salmon, chicken, and eggs. So after the eggs were cooked, I left it in a bowl to cool for about a minute before mixing in Japanese mayonnaise and black pepper. I don`t have measurements for the ingredients because I eyeballed everything and adjusted the flavour to my preference. Then placed the egg salad in a Tortilla wrap and rolled it up. It was delicious and I will make it again.
