So I thought I would share with you my breakfast of the morning. (Even though I totally ate it at noon, but shhh) It was a fruit platter that consisted of amazingly healthy foods. So here is a rundown of what I ate :)
1 Banana. Bananas are full of potassium! Potassium is necessary for maintaining a healthy balance of fluids in the body.
A few strawberries.
A few blackberries.
And a handful of both almonds and walnuts.
I just love eating fruit for breakfast. It makes me really happy and helps me get out of bed knowing delicious fruit is waiting for me.
