So I was looking at recipes on the internet for healthy living and all and I came across this breakfast.... Brown rice, cinnamon with raisins and almonds. I thought... sounds like oatmeal - and it actually tastes a lot like oatmeal. So if you have leftover brown rice, add a little milk, cinnamon, almond slivers and raisins... or cranberries (yum) and for me a spot of honey. It was so good!
