I deeply believe in " You are what you eat!"
Instead of just covering a blemish,hydrating a dry patch or buying expensive antiaging serum, head them off entirely by tossing tons of fruits into your grocery bag.
So, what is my todays lunch?
1. A black plum
2. A Red plum
The plums are delicious, fleshy and sweet. It also had tarty taste pulp with pleasant aroma
Plums are rich in dietary fiber, an excellent source of vitamin C, which is also a powerful natural antioxidant.They also contajns tons of vitamin A ,beta carotene and minerals.
As it contains 90% water making it a particularly great option for me who would want to rehydrate their body.
