A year ago I weighed 167 pounds. I am 5 foot 2 inches and weighing 167 pounds, made me considered to be overweight. Since then, a year later, I have lost 50 pounds total and live a completely different life. I never thought I would be where I am now. I started by counting calories on an app called my fitness pal. Then slowly began to workout more and more often and eat healthier foods. I love my body now, and am comfortable in my own skin.
