Hi everyone! I take pics of everything these days since this site... like my dinner. I was rushing out but I needed to make something fast before heading out the door. So I went with Tilapia fillets with parsley potatoes and a side salad. I was rushing so much I actually forgot to snap my fish when it was done. But trust me, it looked delicious! =D
When I bake my fish in the oven I normally brush it over with a little extra virgin olive oil but since I was in a rush I simply heated the oil in the skillet. I rubbed down my fish with Onion Powder, Fine Black Pepper, Garlic Powder & Tony Chachere`s Creole Seasoning on both sides and sauteed for about 2 minutes on both sides (or until brown but fish is still tender depending on how high your flame is, mine was high because I was rushing).
Once the potatoes were cleaned chopped and cooked and the parsley cut finely, I added a little pepper and butter, mixed in the parsley and finished! (These were actually leftovers from the night before)
I ate it slower than I cooked it but only because it was so hot, but it was sooo delicious! Until next time! What did you all eat for dinner?
