Movie Review: Interstellar

Interstellar was a movie that I honestly hadn`t heard much about prior to viewing it. With that being said, it was one of the best movies I have seen in a long time. ChristopherNolan has a way of making the simple minded, everyday folks feel insignificant in the world, yet genius` at the same time. I don`t mean insignificant in a negative way either, more of a realization that the things we are going through are irrelevant compared to the bigger picture. The plot of the story surrounds the idea of relativity with a hint of the theme of love. It sounds a bit strange, but the concepts blend beautifully. The visuals are incredible, and most of the movie is surprisingly not created by CGI. There are a few non human characters that they make you fall in love with. Its rather strange, but you can`t help but feel for these objects. This movie was a tear jerker, action packed, comedic masterpiece in my opinion. Matthew Mcconaughey delivers an exceptional performance as a everyday hero. There are several other well known faces in this film however it be somewhat of a spoiler to give away those names!

Id give this movie a 9.5 out of 10. The movie is rather long, but I was never bored. The casting was near perfect, and the plot is mind blowing! Go see it!
