Hello people!

Now I come to show you a recipe for dessert that never tried, but it seems to look good. I`ll try it one day ...


8 sheets of gelatin
350g of dried prunes
6 egg yolks 4 egg whites +
6DL milk + 250ml of cold cream
1 cup port wine
caramelized sugar


Cut the gelatine leaves, cover with cold water and wait 20 minutes.
Soak the prunes in 0.5 liters of boiling water with 3 tablespoons (soup) of sugar.
Boil about 3 minutes and drain.
Measure 1 cup of mixture and set aside.
Skin and cut the strips plums, discard the seeds and drain the pulp inside of a courier network.
Heat the reserved sauce and add the drained gelatine.
Stir until dissolved and let cool.
Beat the egg yolks with 6 tablespoons (soup) and add sugar, wire, warm milk.
Bring to boil, stirring, until almost boil.
Allow to cool, add the squash and plum wine.
Incorporate the whipped cream and egg whites.
Pour into prepared muffin cups, passed through cold water.
Keep in cold few hours.
Unmold and serve with caramelized sugar.
