Mousse Chocolate 70% Cocoa

For this week, a great recipe to prepare some delicious sweets to have a good week. This mousse, the Lindt takes 70% cocoa chocolate, getting healthier. The chocolate with higher cocoa content contains antioxidants and is considered a super food. Experience.


3 chocolate bars Lindt EXCELLENCE 70% 100g chopped
1 tablespoon (15g) butter at room temperature
2 tablespoons (30 ml) warm water
2 cups (475 ml) heavy cream
4 egg yolks
¼ cup (50g) sugar
1 tablespoon (15 ml) orange liqueur (optional)


Melt chocolate and butter
Add warm water and orange liqueur to the chocolate and mix to a paste. Separate.
In another bowl, beat the cream until firm. Place in refrigerator.
In another bowl, beat egg yolks and sugar
Add the chocolate egg yolks and mix well
Carefully pour over the cream
Place in a large bowl or individual bowls, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
