Today`s snack is a Mott`s Original Applesauce in a single serve container. I think this is about 1/2 cup of applesauce and has around 100 calories. Sometimes I need to eat 2 because 1 is just not enough. The original flavor is good but they also make cinnamon which is delicious as well as others flavors such as peach applesauce or berry applesauce. They also make a "Natural" version which doesn`t have any added sweeteners. The Natural version takes awhile to get used to because it tastes so blah compared to the sweeter ones, but it is better for you.
