Motivational Monday W2 31813

This was a bad week for me. Boss-man got sick later in the week & I had to quarantine him. Of course he was in the room where I like to workout and his coughing/sneezing prevented me from going in the room frequently. I knew that nice, warm spring weather wouldn`t last very long, we had some more cold weather & snow. I did charge up my & want to sign up for a few challenges on /viz/earn-gifts-working-out So we`ll see how that goes
Monday DVD: Level 1 22 min of H.I.T. training with 3 lbs weights. I normally do Jillian`s workouts with 5 Ibs weights, but since I`m starting off slow, I figured 3 Ibs would be better.
Tuesday DVD: Upper Body Tone & Chisel, Jiggle-Free Buns & Thighs & Flat & Firm Abs Fast total 35 minutes. I haven`t touched this workout in ages & I now remember why. I love resistance band training, but these workouts are awful. Since they are short, you only end up doing 3-4 moves per section. I just didn`t feel like I had a good workout afterwards.
Wednesday DVD: Week 1 22 min of H.I.T. training with 3 lbs weights. I wanted to go for a run today, but it was so windy & cold
Thursday Rest day, boss-man home sick & I was a little sore from yesterday`s workout.
Friday 35 min light interval walk/run It was a really cold day, so I didn`t push myself too hard.
Saturday 20 min stretching with yoga poses. Snow day, we were only supposed to get a light dusting, but ended up with 3 inches of snow
Sunday Rest day
Fitbit Stats I forgot to wear it twice, so my numbers are off a bit. 16967 steps taken 67 floors climbed 6.28 miles traveled 11,333 calories burned Not as intense as I wanted my week to be, but it wasn`t horrible either. I need to up my goals.
Questions: 1. What are you doing to help you stay motivated? 2. Do you use a pedometer or fitness tracker to keep you on track? ~*~Image is mine~*~ health fitness
