Tip of the Day: trade in sugary and salty snacks for fresh fruit!
I`m starting to get in shape for the summer and I thought I would make some posts each week to share my journey with you guys.
Because I`m just starting I don`t want to feel overwhelmed so I am doing some simple exercises to motivate me for the rest of the week. Do them with me? :)
- 50 squats
- 30 ballet plies
- 50 upside down splits
- 40 crunches
- 30 leg lifts
- 20 push ups
I plan on going for 10 minute run later on tonight as well. I hope this post shows you that getting fit first comes through baby steps, don`t overwhelm yourself! Good luck and have fun :)
