Friday I cooked some more Tilapia, added some onions, and tomatoes to it. And let it cook on medium heat for a few minutes until the fish was well cooked and crisp, along with the onions and tomatoes.
Then I cooked some Lima beans. I place them in a plate and smashed them up until the were mushed in a paste form. I then smoothed it out onto the plate. Then added my Tilapia, onions, and tomatoes over top.
This was more like an experimental meal, but surprisingly it turned out delicious!
