Nature`s Path`s Organic Flax Plus Pumpkin Flax Granola is my favorite kind of cereal. It `s also the most expensive kind of cereal I have ever had; but that is expected seeing that it contains flax seeds and is "certified organic", "non GMO" and "whole grains". It contains an excellent source of ALA Omega-s` (usually found in fish), 5g fiber, 6g protein, 0g trans fat per 55g serving. You may think "it sounds too good to be true. It may taste horrible, because usually "healthy" foods taste horrible right"? To my pleasant surprise, this is one of the most delicious cereal I have ever had. The crunchy granola, rolled oats combined with the sweet aroma from that of the pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, and cinnamon leaves you wanting more after just one bite. I usually eat it with milk, but at night when I`m too lazy to get milk from the fridge, I eat it as a snack to replace some of my not-so-healthy snacks such as cup noodle and chocolate =P I definitely recommend this cereal to anyone who wants a healthy way to start their day =) I bought a pack of 6 from Amazon when it was on sale. Costco also sales it if you`re wondering, and they come in bigger boxes (of course, it`s Costco lol) and are priced at around $14 per box I think. Each box contains two bags.
Let me know in the comments below if you have ever tried it before =)
I don`t think the brand is that popular. I don`t really know anyone else who has tried it before other than my family.
