I made this shake for breakfast this morning after I read my cousins blog.. I`ve been drinking these shakes for a while now but she adds yogurt and I have never done that before so I decided to try it.
It was really good and I actually recommend it!
Vanilla Sweetened Almond Milk
Any protein powder you wanna use
Wheat Grass, Alfalfa & Barley Mix
Coconut Greek Yogurt
Do ya`ll add yogurt to your shake??
