Everyone usually needs a little boost of caffeine in the morning. Since I don`t drink coffee, I got my boost of caffeine from green tea. In my green tea, I add honey and squeeze a slice of lemon and drop it in to the tea. Benefits from my drink: great source of antioxidants from the green tea, honey is a nature sweetener and the lemon is a great source of vitamin C.
