Monday`s Din Din: Meatballs amp Mozzarella Sub

My brother cooked us a few Mozzarella-Meatball sub on Monday. It was his second time ever making them and they were so delicious! I honestly had two and I enjoyed both subs (fat moment).

He simply just seasoned some ground beef and rolled it into small ball. Then cooked them completely, and let them marinate in sauce for about 15 minutes. Then popped a few on some sub buns, covered with cheese, wrapped them individually and popped them all in the oven for a few.

And honestly it was the best sub I ever had. I`ve only eat Philly cheese steak subs, but I am glad I tried these! I love when my brother experiments in the kitchen because he always ends up making something delicious!
