Molotof is a dessert we really appreciate here in Portugal. I don´t know if around the world there´s something similar but it`s a thing everyone should try. We make it with egg whites, sugar and caramel. Because of the egg whites, When you put it in your mouth it`s like eating clouds. This one is really white because I only put the caramel when the molotof was baked but if you add some before putting it in the oven the molotof will come out darker.
