I love the look and design of Moleskine notebooks. Their planners are probably one of the best designs, and they have a range of notebooks that are designed for specific purposes. There is one designed to mimic the look of your smartphone, and you can organize your thoughts, notes, and just about anything you would do on your phone you can mimic that organizational look on paper. However, their line is extremely expensive sometimes and I`m not about to pay $30 for a notebook. The one thing I like about Moleskin is the clean sleek design as well, and this is a notebook I picked up at Staples by the brand Markings. It says "Think. Create. Record." and I think that`s really cute! It has a nice leather cover. On the inside it has a built in envelope folder, so you can store small notes, checks, cash, etc inside. There`s a string to mark the pages, and the pages themselves are just college ruled lined paper.
It might not have the same organizational features as Moleskine, but the look of it is clean, sleek, and classic just like the design of moleskine notebooks. This was about $4 at Staples. You can always create your own labels and mark with your own stickers to organize in this plain notebook, it`ll save you some money!
Do you appreciate the good design of a Moleskine notebook? Have you ever owned their notebooks, journals, or planners?
