4cL Rum , 1cl Lemon Juice Natural juice or ½ Lima, 1cl sugar syrup aerated water , 1 dash of Angostura Bitter , 10 mint leaves
Decoration: Sprig of Mint
Preparation: Prepare the long glass. Place the mint leaves, sugar and lemon juice. With a pestle, crush the ingredients. The amount of mint juice is released at its discretion. Place the rum, crushed ice, soda water and stir gently. Garnish with a sprig of mint in the glass itself.
