Moist Red Velvet Cupcakes with cream cheese frosting

These cupcakes taste amazing. The recipe makes 24 cupcakes and the frosting makes a lot of extras. I made them 3 times already and everyone loved them. The cupcakes are moist and soft and are not too sweet which balances out with the cream cheese frosting. If you don`t have red food gel like myself use. To small bottles of liquid food colouring to get a good colour. If you are planning to make them for an event recommend making them the day of so that they are fresh and they tasted their best.
