Model, Miranda Kerr`s Secret Diet Plan

Miranda Kerr has been one of my favorite Victoria Secret model. During her pregnancy Miranda was smart about keeping herself fit! She did yoga during her pregnancy and it helped her a lot. She manage to lose the baby fat in no time.

Since Miranda Kerr is a Blood Type A. She plans to stick to her Blood Type A diet plan which includes eating meat little as possible, low on GI, high alkaline foods, eat fresh produce and drink filtered water as possible.

It`s great to hear that she`s sticking to her Blood type A diet. I never heard such things, but you learn something new everyday! She looks amazing!
