When I was younger, my favorite thing to get a starbucks was a mocha frappuccino. For a while I never got them, because I didn`t really see it as worth it when they have SO many calories and so much sugar in one little drink. Recently, I tried the light version of the mocha frapp which (without whipped cream) had 140 calories in a grande. I was skeptical that it would taste good, but I found that I actually like the light better, and it`s not so full of sugar and calories. I`d say that if you`re watching what you eat, but you want a little treat, the light frapp is perfect. Of course it`s not like a health food, but it`s much better than the regular version of the drink. (Picture is not mine)
