I have been on a health kick for quite a while now .. Thank God! ... And haven`t had potato chips in forever. But I feel great, so I`m not complaining at all :)
What I found recently is healthy & tastes like your eating chips..they`re called Wasabi Nuts!! And they`re so good!
I was worried they`d be too hot but there is only a tinge of that hot feeling you get from eating wasabi. These are also soy sauce flavored and they`re really really good :)
The almonds are roasted so they have that nice crunchy taste too.
One serving size of about 28 nuts has 170 calories & 15 grams of fat. For me, I don`t really count fat or calories, I just eat healthy, natural foods and am staying fit and feel great! Nuts are also a great snack to keep your blood sugar from crashing, which leaves you feeling tired & irritated. I bring this little can of nuts with me and snack throughout the day. Do you guys love nuts too?
