I admitted myself into Soda rehab three days ago. It hasn`t been as difficult as i thought it would be and i think i`m making pretty good progress.
The first day i sent normally i drank the same amount of soda i always do just to monitor how much that is.
i Drank on average 5 12 oz cans and 2 24 oz bottles of soda.
That`s a lot.
So on my second day my goal was simply to drink less
i managed to by 1 can of soda. It`s a slow start, but progress is progress.
Today (day three) i did even better i drank 5 cans no bottles.
Tomorrow my goal will be for 4 and so on.
it`s hard because there aren`t many other things to drink in the house besides water and i am not a big fan of that it`s too bland for me.
Pictured is Cranberry juice my favorite breakfast drink, but with the high temperatures lately that`s the only time you can drink it! it doesn`t settle well in the stomach when it`s in the 90`s outside but then again not much does.
I have set up a few rules for the soda drinking i do
i can`t drink soda before 10 am or after 10 pm
i will keep adjusting those times until finally it`s not at all!
