When I first bought this BB cream, I didn`t like the grey color on my skin at all. As I saw reviews on YouTube, a lot of beauty gurus were stating that many BB cream takes some time to oxidize before it matches you skin color. I gave the Missha BB Cream another chance, and I`m completely hooked on the product.
I would say the coverage is medium. If you have acne pigmentation like I do, this BB cream will only cover the light ones. I like the way the BB cream looks on my skin, and besides the initial oxidizing process, you cannot tell that I am wearing this product. I do like the fact that it has SPF 42 so I don`t need to put on any sunscreen. The down side of the high SPF is that if you take any flash photography, the SPF will make your skin very pale (aka the ghost look). As for the whitening effects, my overall skin color remain the same, but some of my acne scars fade a bit quicker with this product than my regular night and day skincare routine.
I generally love the feel of this BB cream in the fall, winter, and spring, because it gives me a dewy skin look for my dry skin. In the summer, the BB cream not only gets too pale for me, but it also feels really greasy. I don`t recommend this for someone with oily skin.
Overall, I would recommend this for someone with dry to normal skin. The medium coverage will only cover lighter acne scars, but it does not cover hyper pigmented ones (so you might want to find a good concealer). This product is good for quick and easy everyday use since you can apply it with your fingers, and it blends well. I do not recommend this for someone with oily skin.
